I have 20 minutes making a line to make a deposit to an account, only an ATM is always taking that? I have 6 clients ahead of me, so they always take? The customer service is terrible. I do not think I would change banks or recommend it.

The only solution is to go to a different location. Panorama city also has very long lines and terrible customer service, it has been that way for more than five years. There are other places in sylmar and van nuys that do not have such long lines.
