When I bought my IPad, the clerk set up the access to apps, which requires a fingerprint. I discovered that this does not work, but they wouldn’t fix this unless I forked over fifty dollars. No! Not fair!

You can look on YouTube for ways to fix this. It's not very complicated unless the fingerprint button has broken and needs replacing.

U could try syncing ur Google accounts an or Microsoft account to all ur devices tablet laptop cell desktop wat all devices u have this way ur playstore /Google has ur apps. My mom got a laptop 5 or a6 yrs ago from them can't remember the exact issues but she couldn't do anything I didn't wat was going on but she took it to them they charged her $145 she got it home an ur still wasn't working so she called mei an I went to look it ended up just me having to update the a certain driver so I luv there products but I'll never let their geek squad work on anything else I'll fix it myself
