They should have sent you an e-mail confirmation. If you have not seen it, check your spam folder. Every time I've ordered in the past, I was sent one. You can always get a screenshot of that or print it out.
Can provide your I'd and card used to purchase the item. Be sure you set to pick up in a store and verify you selected the right one. Double check for the email and junk. Still have no luck then call the store directly
Yea you can provide identification what you purchased too. You should be getting an email on these purchases too.
