Technically, there is a bar (in the third room). But, all food orders must be placed at the register in the entrance room (deli style). (The bar is open on weekends and during private parties). Beer, wine, Bloody Marys and Mimosas are available anytime.

The speed at which you're served is largely determined by what you order. If what you want is in the front at the steam tables your order is quick. If it has to come out of the kitchen it's going to be just a little longer.
It depends on the time of day regarding the wait of the line, and there is no bar.
