Not sure about preparation protocol but family member has red shellfish allergy and ate breakfast and lunch without issues. I guess it depends on the severity.
They're very accommodating, ask one of the bosses at the entrance.
I also have a shellfish allergy, and had no issues with the multiple items I've had!

I would call and ask. On the food line it looked like they did not separate the non seafood. Depending on how severe your shellfish allergy is, I'd stay completely away....
