I accidentally surrendered the wrong cat out for the few that I did Ian it possible that i can get the cat back by any chance? I’ve mistakenly brought her to the spca instead of my other cat. I’m asking because I just want her back :(

I have no idea. Your best bet is to call the SPCA as soon as possible.
