They have almost everything you can think of for a home improvement project. Their appliance delivery is a 3rd party and they are questionable at best. The workers are pretty unwilling to help if you need something off a top shelf outside of their department, but nobody will complain if you move the store use ladder to get something yourself after trying to get a worker to do it for 15 mins.

Sad but true the employees know absolutely nothing about the store and they can be very rude to you just for asking for help! They really don't deserve a star but this is the only star you can give a store

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! Was trying to buy a riding lawn mower. Had to wait over 1/2 hour to get anyone to help me at the customer service desk, no one could help me, or knew anything about lawn mowers... After being able to find someone, I decided to purchase. I get a call the next day, as they were going to deliver it...and they say oh, we're sorry, we don't have any in stock..there was a guy that came in right after you and bought the one you had just bought and took it with him......super fail Lowe's, very unhappy.

Contact the manager. If he won't help. Find out who the district manager is.
I was told they will cut countertops... before she went to look for a "bigger pair of sissors". So, no, I count that as no.
