Contact the maker of the purchase. Tell them where you purchased it. They will help you.
Ask for manager.show the damages.The person you taked to first was wrong to not call manager himself. If no help. Call regional manager
A manager should be able to help for most cases. I have never had to escalate to a regional office. In fact the last time we had issues, they were very accommodating.
