The earlier the better! A reservation for lunch isn't imperative, but we heartily recommend you make a reservation a few days in advance for dinner.

I would do it as soon as possible. It's Mardi Gras season now, but things move quickly here. It doesn't hurt to have it squared away. Have fun. Be safe.
