I believe it's under the licensing option. There's two options I know of when scheduling appointments. Pick the one that deals with license renewal. And you should receive an appointment but they're up to a month waiting
When I went last week appointments were for driver's licenses only everything else was first come first serve. I didn't have to wait in line either day I was there more than 30 mins.
Yes they open at 9am, but arrive by 6:30, the line grows around the building and fast. Bring water and some fresh fruit to help battle the heat, but patience is required!🙂
If I'm correct, I think it's first come first serve. Appointments have to be made at 8 a.m. for a same day appointment for anything concerning a driver's license but everything else is just walk-in's.
