We put in an order on the app. No problems. We pull up to the drive thru and the menu signs are off like it's closed. We pull up to the window and multiple people walk by and don't help us. We call the store, and they say there is no order. We confirm the address and whatnot and then she tells us that they are on the breakfast menu. When we pulled up it was before the menu change. If they helped us when we pulled up we wouldn't have this issue.

Put in an order on the app because both it and the maps listing said it was open, come to find everything shut off and when I call I get a ride person on the phone saying my order didn't exist despite me having a confirmation, then told us they're on breakfast after it. Update your information, this is getting stupid, I can't get any reliable information on these stores anymore

Scammers. Don't buy coffee here in the app. In the past 2 weeks iv spent 35$ on coffee in the app to be told the coffee machine is down and never refunded for any coffee purchase. Management is a joke and can't/won't help. Go to a different mcdonalds, save yourself the trouble.
