I ordered this door in Nov 2021. Salesman told me it would be March or April. I just received my door today June 28th 2022. I understand a lot of things are on back order, I do. I waited patiently! The tech came today to install. He was great and nice! After everything was done I asked him where the hardware was that I ordered. He looked and said it wasn’t on the order, he then called the sales rep and explained it to him. I got my initial paperwork out where he had circled everything I order. Hardware was circled. Sales rep then explained how I was not charged for them and would be charged more. I then asked for an itemized receipt to make sure I wasn’t charged and I still have not received it. After waiting this long and paying thousands of dollars this was not acceptable to me. This was their mistake and they were not budging on making it right. Customer service/ care was horrible today. If I had to do this again I would not use this company. PS I ordered my hardware off of Amazon and it will be here tomorrow!!

I have never done business with this company but if I ever need overhead door work done I will NEVER use this company. Today my neighbor had door work done by Overhead Door of Kansas City. I was in my front yard when the service truck pulled up and parked in front of my house blocking a fire hydrant. I said to the driver. "You are blocking the Fire Hydrant" his reply to me was "Ok. Let me know if there is a fire" and he walked away into my neighbor's garage. SAFETY FIRST? I guess not with Overhead Door. The employee was Driving Truck Number A351.
