Has anyone experienced dealing with this place that was NOT totally incomprehensible? I have never seen anything as ineffective. If you have a low tolerence for BS, do yourself a favor...do not come here.

This is the way Mo State runs its offices. Expect long lines & to waste a lot of ur precious time. No one cares in the Mo State offices; they never have! It will not change--EVER, after all we r just citizens & only pay taxes--that's all!

this isn't actually a state DMV. this is a private business with a relatively captive market. you'll have a better experience at a real DMV.
