Parking is very limited. During the time I was there I got two tickets. In addition, the walk from wherever you park is kinda far. Once inside, the courthouse is beautiful. The staff is helpful and the clerks were all professional

If your coming to the federal courthouse where I work, it's tough. There are a few parking meters on the n.w. corner. If your early, on the s.w. corner, there is a small, maybe 15 spots in a lot there but it's full by 8am. Otherwise, 1/2 block south there is a garage on the west side of oak street.
There is a high probability they will, Certainly when you have to show ID. I do not know how strict the control is? From Wikipedia: For the police to make a lawful arrest, the arresting officer(s) must have either (1) probable cause to arrest, or (2) a valid arrest warrant. A valid arrest warrant must be issued by a neutral judge or magistrate, who has determined there is probable cause for an arrest, based upon sworn testimony or an affidavit in support of the petition for a warrant.[10] The arrest warrant must specifically identify the person to be arrested.[11] If a law enforcement affiant provides false information or shows reckless disregard for the truth when providing an affidavit or testimony in support of an arrest warrant, that may constitute grounds to invalidate the warrant.[10] These minimum requirements stem from the language contained in the Fourth Amendment. Federal statute and most jurisdictions mandate the issuance of an arrest warrant for the arrest of individual
Employees park directly west in the big fenced in lot. Across the street to the north is a small lot for 65 cars. Its labeled jurors.
Federal Courthouse is still open today, all court dockets are being held
It's the second floor jury room where everyone first meets. Then about 40 minutes before the ceremony, you'll go to the 8th floor as a group.
Closest parking garage is probably 11th/Cherry, attached to the JE Dunn building. There is some limited on-street parking (meters) on Locust but they fill up fast.
