I got into an accident and Enterprise in the next city picked me up and drove me to their location. I had a pleasant conversation with the driver and he even suggested that I look into Enterprise car sales if I was looking for new cars. I had planned to keep the car for only 1 day but then ended up using it another day. I simply called the location and they nicely approved me for one more day. At the end of my 2nd day, I ended up dropping my car off at a location 1 hr away with no issues. I am happily satisfied with how friendly and easy the return process was and I will always recommend Enterprise Rent A Car to everyone.

It is extremely difficult to actually get through in the phone & talk to someone at this location and when you do get someone, they are extremely short with you and you can tell they hate their job. Also if you are looking for a rental vehicle with navigation, this location does not offer rentals with navigation, if I would have known this I would have rented else where.. definitely won't be back. Update: emailed with their customer service and they were not helpful with anything, so I am unsure why they even asked me to contact them..
