I'm in absolute awe of how this system is working in going in 2022. I am out of Missouri the next chance I get. This has been absolutely unbelievable and it's like a dream. I was approved and still nothing. They say they're behind then stop finding reasons not to give people what they've worked for. It's a time to get stuff done. The same process is only going to leave them behind.

This is a trouble time that when you have worked all this time and apply for unemployment you get told that you have a issue with your filing, and no ones will tell you anything but it may take a while longer because they are short staffed. Will if you would probably put people on the side of the issue and less on the phones which take forever to get in on maybe more people would have there money that then paid in too the unemployment system.

ZERO! I have spent hours and hours trying to contact someone. I was laid off May 13th and filed the next day. I have not received a penny and my status on uinteract has mysteriously vanished. When I call the automated line says that this past week is pending due to multiple "issues" with my claim and I have no idea what those are because I can't get in touch with anyone. This is terrible for everyone. Thankfully, I am back to work but 12 weeks without income is very taxing and scary for ANYONE. What the hell is going on? Also, don't bother choosing the option for them to call you back, it doesn't happen. I put my phone on speaker and go about my day, today I am currently at 6 hrs and 36 mins on hold.

I have not received any unemployment benefits since March 20th! People that are filing for the first time in their LIVES (like me) are not getting paid while others that are in the unemployment database, from filing in the past, have gotten all of their benefits. I can’t get through to anyone via email or phone. No one will answer me!

The only way is to call the number, me to I am calling them many times and I be on waiting for almost 1:30 until they answer me.

I am dealing with this to. Its bull and a pain. You'll unfortunately will have to call and be on hold for a long time. But be sure to ask for a Claims Specialist once you do get hold someone. There was a box that alot of people checked that asked "Are you wiling and able to work" this box allegedly automatically causes a "Overpayment" in the system. There is 1000s of people dealing with this in MO. Hopefully they will fix this. ADVISE. Save every letter you receive.
Most likely, your wages are reported to Missouri. Apply there first. You can switch to Kansas if they are reported there instead.
