Is there a place to park where you don't have to pay?

The parking garage is a $2 fee but depending on where you are going in the hospital or if you are handicapped you could possible get your ticket validated and fee waived

They do not have any free parking. Your best bet would be to go to general information desk and ask them to validate it for you! They are nice at the desk and normally will do it for you.
