Love the blended indoor/outdoor space, perfect for summer. Diverse crowd, big TVs and some shuffle board, games - something for everyone here. Drinks were good, menu has a nice mix of Peruvian, Latin and American options but was a bit disappointed. We got the ceviche sampler which was fresh, and the lettuce wraps. Disappointed that the lettuce wraps were made of dry shredded meat, also came with sliced sweet potato… an interesting mix. Didn’t know sweet potato was a Peruvian staple? Service was overall efficient and professional but we were frequently encouraged to order more and told that our food wouldn’t be enough by the server, got kind of uncomfortable

I drove 3 hours to try this place. To start with, there was free parking. The restaurant was very large, inside seating, which felt like outdoor seating and outdoor seating. Matt our waiter was amazing, one of the best in a while. The water and tea jars are so cute. Draft beer came wrapped in a koozie. The food was absolutely amazing so delicious. He got the Jambalaya, I got the wood fired steak skewers, both delicious. And don't forget the monkey bread, it's not sweet, it kinda like macaroni and cheese in bread form. So so good. I can tell you one thing, it's totally worth the 3 hour drive just to eat here. I will be back!!!! Thanks Matt for being an amazing waiter!!! One last thing, this place was fully staffed, they had it going on. Kudos State of Confusion!!!! You are amazing!!

Excellent food, excellent staff, excellent atmosphere! About a 1/2 hour for a table on a Saturday evening (which isn't bad), but no wait at all to sit at the bar. We had drinks, appetizer, & an entree, which we split because we wanted to eat light due to a long night ahead. Prices were very reasonable. I can't say enough about how delicious the food is here! Outdoor seating was definitely available, & I did notice a Grubhub delivery person heading out with a delivery bag.

So many options for a everyone in the party - from young at heart to young in age. Dined with my wife, parents, adult siblings, and two toddlers. Both appetizers were flavorful - the calamari and Peruvian avocado dip. Each plate we got was tasty and had us sharing a bite or two - bison burger, Peruvian ceviche, over-easy burger, grilled chicken sandwich, & Mac n cheese. Also great Moscow mules and draft beer sections. Service was friendly & amazing (even when one toddler had a little mess!) Easygoing indoor atmosphere - the outside also looked fun to chat with a group of friends.
