I use to work for Heetco then Pinnacle when they took over Heetco. I was delivery driver and they are not organized and on top of it like Heetco was. Monte was a good man took care of his customers and his employees. Now big coropate Pinnacle takes over and messes everything up.
We had to run out and call the emergency line last night. We started calling at 20%. Then called at 15%. Then called at 8%. Then yesterday called at 0%. We were told a truck was on its way but never showed up. My husband called the emergency line and someone came out at 10:00 PM with 100 gallons to put in the tank. What happened to first come first serve? If you call, whenever you called that puts you in a position on the list of customers that need help. People should not be pushed to the top because they call four days later and are lower than the first person that called. That is not good customer service.
