My boyfriends “zoom call” appointment has been cancelled 3 times in a row. He now can not get any refills on his medication that he has taken daily for 3 years. His side from cutting off his meds could cause seizures, and send him to the hospital. He has been calling all week but has not gotten any help. I hate that I have to leave a bad review because Bert nash helped us 3 years ago, but this is ridiculous. How can a doctor treat a patient this way

My daughterwas in great need of counseling after her husband's suicide and Bert Nash wouldn't even return her call or that of her insurance. I don't know what they do but it's not for the public in general.

I hated this organization! They followed me to work one day and instead of asking for me, they looked around and assumed I was not at work when I was in the back. I was then called and asked to leave in the middle of my shift at work. I appreciate the assistance and trying to get my disability, but they treated me as though I was on probation or parole and needed full-time supervision. You are not allowed to go anywhere un escorted by staff. You are not allowed to run any of your own errands alone. And they naturally assume that if you are not an invalid, then you must be a criminal or up to no good.

I've been going for some years. After numerous changed doctors....I'm still not ok. But they got me! I'm stuck on effexor! No one shared side effects or withdrawal symptoms. 😡😔😭

You can walk in and tell them you need help. They will usually do an intake then.

Do you see uninsured people

Yes they do, and their fees are based on your income. When I had no insurance and almost no income, I had group sessions for $5 and individual therapy for $20. Your income situation will determine the costs. They also will help you find low-cost or even free medication programs.
