Yes great location, we ate outside so of course we had to fight the flies!
Yes, it has a very clean look and feel. It's in an eclectic, historic part of town. We've always felt safe walking our dogs in the area.

Not the cleanest...Flys on window next to our table. Our order got lost, so service was slow, but food was good.
Despite the funky decor, the Purp gets very high ratings from the inspection people. Food is first rate.
