Yes, Weve taken it there before. We do remodeling so we have it often. We always have other things as well, not just insulation though.
Sadly you have to live in the city. You can call 311 but i think that's the rule.
Best if you use a vehicle that is within city limits. As we use license information and the vehicle license plates to ensure the customers are within limits
