They had them last week
I was there this past week and they had at least one chinchilla. They are usually kept in the in the cage area between the rabbits and guinea pigs.
Actually, they usually do have chinchillas. Cage, center of store, closest to rear of store, on the right. It has been awhile since I've gone in there and looked at the small animals. Best to call tomorrow and ask.
Chinchillas are extremely rare up there nowadays. You are better off calling the store for something like this instead of asking on here. The employees don't look at this often
