I ordered a power washer. I left it in the box longer than the return date. But here's the kicker, when opened it was broken. Amazon did create a return but it's costing me $25.

DMC3 employees most worst workers, lazy & rude! They don't help with anything. Most of the angry and sullen. Especially the manager🤦🏻‍♀️whatever you ask, she says "I can't do it, it’s not possible, you can’t do it, we can't do it, no,". She always gives a negative answer. Why is there a manager? whatever you ask, is it to say "no"? Or to overcome small obstacles? SHE IS VERY RUDE PERSON! And lazy! Cunning. She doesn’t care about nothing! There is a young boy working there, he is a very kind, respectful and hard-working young man who takes the drivers' attendance. 2-3 of them are normal good people, the rest are very negative, harsh and rude. Especially females.

Horrible. The individuals they use to delivery products can't read. Three packages delivered to the WRONG TOWN!! This was not USPS, it was AMAZON! It's sad Amazon does not allow you to pick who delivers your packages. Pathetic. UPDATE: 6 more packages just delivered to the WRONG ADDRESS AGAIN!

Continuously unreliable on deliveries. The live tracking showed my package in the neighborhood at 8:30 pm and said 7 stops away. 5 blocks from my house and the tracker showed it sitting at the same location until 9pm when live tracking stops. Now I have stayed up late waiting on a package that passed by my house on the drivers way out of the neighborhood to rush off before finishing the packages that were loaded. If you have time constraints, stop overloading the delivery vans with more than can be reasonably accomplished with all the construction in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. This is the 3rd time this has happened from this facility. Amazon Customer service knows of the issue, and say they will attempt to contact the facility about the issue, but I am really losing faith in your delivery abilities as the amazon packages that have been transferred to USPS, UPS, and FedEx have always showed up on the day that they say they will.
