There is cool and there is cold. They could of hung meat in that place. We eat out a lot. This is the only resturant you can see your breath while esting. I told the manager and was told his servers were hot. Again it's more important for the employees to be comfortable than the paying customers. They'll get no more of my money! And the service was slow. Took 30 minutes to get our food. The resturant was about half full.
Probably let to the manager know. Sometimes the waitress not fell the cold because they moving from the kitchen to the floor. I ate weekly at this neighborhood Applebee's and the service always is quick.
My guess is that they expect to have a large group of customers that it needs to stay cool.
