We got there at 9pm. Starving..we ordered the 2 for 29. Steaks for both of us. His cooked med.well and mine well done. They arrived 45 min. later and both steaks were almost shoe leather. No hint of pink at all. We were so hungry we ate them with out complaint. I'm not sure I'll go back.

Worse service ever. Hostess was excellent, very nice and courteous. Waited 20+ minutes for our server to even ask about drinks. We were already prepared to order appetizers and our entree so we did it at the same time because we knew we would of waited forever to do so. Waited an hour+ for our food! Our appetizers came out with our entrees and guess what all of it was cold! I put my chip in the dip that should of been hot but it broke on the hard surface of cheese which should of been melted. Also, no utensils to eat our food. I will never go back its ridiculous that you can't go out and have a pleasant dinner.

Service is always getting better especially with the diversity of people however I sometimes come in to stale rice or old fries and that's just how things are sometimes but you never would expect that out of a restaurant that claim to provide fresh. As for us customers please understand they are doing their best in terms of support and service so stop giving them bad attitudes or yelling because that will help no one but your broken egos.

So I was craving some ribs and decided to order Applebee’s 🙅🏽‍♀️ Wrong move. Let me explain the pictures… this was supposed to be marinara sauce but it has the consistency of tomato paste, the riblets were cold and looked disgusting, the amount of ranch they gave me was unreal and not to mention the fries were extremely cold. My order was $55 and the manager told me all she could do was give me a credit for the next time I came in… absolutely not. Long story short save your money and go to McDonald’s because this location need to be closed down.
