had a package on two day delivery seeing as there were living plants inside! was marked “delivered” so i’m at the mailbox where it said it would be exactly three minutes later and nothing! it’s saturday at noon so not much i can do. I get a text from a neighbor monday at noon saying there’s a box by the gates to the POND. there’s absolutely no house here and no mailbox. why even mark it delivered saturday?

I was supposed to receive a package they marked it as delivered it never came. I asked around in my neighborhood and nobody else had received it. No one will get back to me I’ve tried to call multiple times and it either rings the whole time or it goes to an automated message about COVID-19. Where I already have a case number open I expect more from the customer service. I’m extremely frustrated after asking my neighbors if they had received my package by accident I also found out that others had not received theirs often and they had to go to the company who is now trying to go after the post office for the amount of money. This is extremely frustrating because I have to move in the next few days and I was supposed to receive my package well before our moving date. The lack of response and how common it is for this post office to misplace as many packages in my neighborhood as they have is unprofessional. I understand accidents happen but when you tell me there’s nothing you can do about my hundred dollar package missing don’t offer any reimbursement or to replace the items it’s like you don’t care to help your customer in any way.

I love coming to this location to send or receive packages! I work on post and will still come to this location simply because the customer service is AMAZING! Every single person that works here is so nice and understanding. Even if there has been a problem they have always helped or solved the problem in some way. Thank you for all that you do!

There was no line for a change. I was there to pick up a piece of mail I asked to be delivered weeks ago. Good thing it was only for my taxes that were due yesterday. The reason they put for not delivering was no secure location and they put the slip in my locked mailbox next to our double locked package boxes. And not once did my carrier knock on my door. I do work from home and I sometimes see him walking past the window right next to the door. Is it too far out of the way to much trouble or you just don't care.

Not always depends on what is being shipped and how it gets packed
They have a direct line but you'll most likely get the corporate contact without a lot of digging. Also if you do get them direct it's the clerks that answer and that location is usually very busy. Hope that helped.
