I would give them 0 stars if possible. Took a package in for my small business to be shipped UPS. Rushed through and the package was never scanned. Now 4 days later my package is still showing it hasn’t been scanned. Went in to speak with them and was basically told it wasn’t their problem anymore to talk to UPS…well UPS has no record of it being sent. Not only does this effect my business but also my customer who was expecting hand dyed custom flowers for her wedding. Mistakes happen but they didn’t even pretend to check in the back for the package or help in any way. Awful service, terrible attitudes. They clearly don’t take any responsibility for their actions. Save yourself the trouble and go to the actual UPS store.

The people here are SO helpful. I have gone in to get things shipped and have also gone in to get documents notarized. They were wonderful every single time. I have used the post office on post multiple times and have never had a pleasant experience like I have here.
