I have spent over 2 months trying to get Jeremy to correspond with me about a commercial property he has for lease, but he just won't respond. I have left emails, texts, and voicemails....nothing. It's hard not to assume that he either has a personal issue with me, or a professional bias against renting to our church. I just don't get it... Update - I finally got a text back from Jeremy....sort of. I have repeatedly asked to tour the space with an engineer and/or contractor, for due diligence, and I have always expressed interest in the whole space. His response was that he didn't want to show it to me because they would prefer to rent the whole space and that our use would require a contractor....... I still don't understand what is going on here.

We absolutely cherished our time at Broadway Loft Apartments! I was able to walk to Fort Leavenworth daily (Gruber Gym and CGSOC). A great Mexican restaurant is down the block. A lovely half mile walk gets you downtown and to the Farmer’s Market. Splendid abode with your own laundry facilities. Manager is highly responsive. Clean and well kept. We had only positive experiences.
