It's an inpatient program for,as others have said, first responders, military personnel, etc. to address mental health and/or substance abuse issues. I know several people that have attended or are attending that program and have spoken highly of it. In the Kansas City area this takes place at the Signature site located on the North Kansas City Hospital campus.
