A nurse there had a full blown hissy fit just because I was handing her back my medicine cup. She took two or three steps back, threw her hands up in the air and said, "I don't want that!, loudly in her southern ghetto drawl. Unprofessional demeanor and confrontational deportment. So shameful that nurses can get away with that kind of crazy treatment to a psychiatric patient. Be warned, nurses and staff both are unfriendly and not helpful.

Michael Newbold came to our office for a Lunch and Learn and it was a fabulous experience. He came prepared with literature and described in detail the minutiae of each program Signature offers. He broke each program down for us and answered numerous questions to ensure we understood how Signature could meet the needs of this office and prospective referrals. He gave us his contact information and encouraged each of us to reach out to him with any questions.

They literally told me my treatment was fully covered by my insurance. Now they sent a debt collector trying to make me pay 5,000$ not to mention all we did all day was sit watch tv and draw. Their talks about how to recover were stuff like "just breathe and count to 10" yeah really helpful !!

If I could give it a zero I would! Don't take anyone there that you want to be treated with respect. When we tried to leave the facility because we had a terrible experience, they told us we were not allowed to leave and literally chased us through the parking lot. We had to run away to get out of there. It felt like prison. We were stripped of our possessions and the lady at the check in desk was so rude that the word rude doesn't adequately describe her. Don't go there!

You have to have their patient ID number. Or if they have your number, they can call you whenever a phone is available and group therapy isn't happening.
You would have to call and ask for that question.
They also help with PTSD, Depression, and other mental health issues that first responders and military people have. It's not just for substance abuse, but they help with that as well.
Yes there is a designated smoking area
You can always call the police and if the person is a harm to themselves they can have a 72 or 96 hour hold on them. Best thing to do is call and ask questions.
