Only diet I've ever been on that I don't crave anything and don't constantly go up and down. All of the counselors are super nice and helpful. I have lost 60 pounds so far and only have 30 more to meet my goal. Should be there in about 3 months. Go check them out!😁

I go to Slim 4 Life on Barry Road and have lost 20 pounds. The program works great and the Counselors at this location are wonderful. They don't scold you if you get off track. They give you suggestions on what to do to get back on track and how to maximize your efforts. I've tried other weight loss programs but Slim 4 Life has worked the best and given me quicker results. I highly recommend it.

Depends on what program you are on. The length of time you are on the program and the supplements you take. I'd just call them, because it's worth it
Yes. I am diabetic myself and used their program and was able to stop taking ALL diabetic meds. But i followed the plan completely. Have not been as strict lately, taking some meds but A1C has been under 6.0 for a couple of years.
