I believe you can. The trails are not super busy with hikers. Luckily there are enough hikers there but for example and a 1/2 to our hike I may see 5 to 10 people on the trails. I'm sure that no one would have a problem with a leashed dog :) hope that helps!
No pets allowed at Ernie Miller Nature Center because it is a nature preserve. Also, no bicycles.
