Our island top was the last phase of our kitchen project. Everyone at Rock Tops was super helpful and friendly. Great company and would refer Rock Tops to anyone. Install crew was fast, cleaned up well and answered all of my questions.

Love the look of my new counter. The individual that came and measured did a great job - it fit like a glove in the space. The installer was able to get the backsplash to fix as well. Couldn't be happier with that part of the process. Unfortunately, when the plumber came to install the faucets we selected, the holes drilled we not correct. Apparently someone at RockTop dropped the ball and did not update the work order with the correct dimensions. Our drywall was gouged and we have to get that repaired and repainted. RockTop did give us a minimal credit for the mistake but that didn't even cover the cost of the faucets. I would have preferred the job done correctly versus the minimal credit. We are yet to get any explanation of what went wrong and who dropped the ball. Overall the experience wasn't the best.

The craftsmen and the installers and the sales people are all very helpful with your individual needs and very professional. Also great, was that the wait time was almost nothing. They were able to measure in a week, then install within 2 weeks after that. Beautiful results.
