I go every year and it is always at 8am on the Monday just before Thanksgiving. I line up around 5 or 6am with a camping chair because the line is long, very long....for blocks - and bring a cart for a more express line. They have volunteers ready to drop stuff in your basket. They pass out hot chocolate and play music for a fun atmosphere.
