Yes, to receive home-delivered meals, participants need to be aged 60 and better, reside in Sacramento County, and be frail or homebound due to illness, disability, isolation, and/or limited support.
At this time, Meals on Wheels generally serves adults age 60 or better. A few exemptions may apply and may differ in each community. Please contact your local Meals on Wheels to identify the services or referrals they offer.
