It depends on which service you are in need of...clothing closet no appt. Unless you need clothing for a job interview...you can schedule a time to individually look in that section.
No appts as far as i know its open three days a week we go to get free clothes on wed nights from 4 to 7 not alot of people thsn they hsve alot also kids books and toys all free bring i d so they can put you in the computer but if you call the number they slso be gksd to telk u whst other days they are open
