Hello! I have been a Medtech at Desert Cove for the past two and half years. I enjoy working for the company and fee they care about they employees. I have worked in other facilities in the valley before coming to Desert Cove and feel we are treated as family and loved by the management team and owners. We are consistently encouraged to continue improving our skills and educational aspirations.
Ronie Myers that is no way acceptable. I wound sound my voice on this to the higher ups and also to treat employees well is also a must.
I am sorry to hear you were unpleased with the food. Our residents have access to a full array of a’la cart items available daily that can be chosen in place of the scheduled meal. Our menus are reviewed by a dietician quarterly to ensure nutritional compliance. At this incident was a year ago I can not say exact details but believe maybe there was an error made on the dining services department or an emergency for this situation to occur. As for the staff we have a strong team all the way around. Many of our staff have been here for 5+ years all the way through some who have been at our location upwards of 15 years. I appreciate your concern Miss Janet and we have worked with Ronie many years and have sorted out some of these details she has discussed.
