$537 + utilities, dirt streets, 1 shower, 2 washers, 2 dryers, small pool finally working, and a broken spa with no pump or heater. Tough entrance due to heavy traffic. Many nicer RV parks in this area that are cheaper and offer better amenities. Keep looking! Manager Ken not much help!

I don't think they have a hoa but they have monthly lot fee starting at$700 nice location walking distance from Vons and Starbucks and Walgreens the pool is always clean never dirty the maintenance people are always on top of it making sure it's not looking ghetto fabulous there's always that one tenet that thinks they own the place but it will be resolved soon they have open lots for rent right now I recommend this place
