Can you guys help with a sd card that has or had pictures and videos but cant see them once i took the card out my phone that was not working because of the screen having lines and would turn on and off

I am 90 percent certain that they will be able to help you because as a general rule, the small stores where you buy accessories such as phones, chargers and where you pay your bill send you here for all of these technical issues that they claim cannot help you with. I suggest that you go to this facility tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. and ask someone at the front counter for help. Don't forget to bring your card that had the pictures with you along with your phone. But ive tried my sd card in diffrent phones and it shows theres pictures and videos and i also bought 2 more diffrent phones from metro and the sd card is still not showing pictures my daughter tried to see if i could see them in her lap top but reads can't open file im so depressed because the sd card contains pictures of my sons viewing and burial thank you Miriam Leon
