Took mine just a couple of days, but I leased before the first building opened. Should take around a week or so, now that more people are leasing.
Dinia, You can apply online or if you tour you can use the business center to apply. It can take up to 7 days, but usually does not. I love the property because it is smaller than other apartments in the area, 352 units. Pool wont be crowded during the summer. Building 1/2 and 4 are open now it is really nice and quiet. Really close to Joe Pool Lake and camping.
