The reason why I give 3sixty Flats Five stars.Is they really care about there tenants I have been through a lot of apartment complexes who didn't care about there tenants or property. The management team is on point They really take care of us. The people here are friendly and Neighborly

Awesome place to call home for a little bit. We were residents from 2019 till 2021. This office staff was great maintenance staff was awesome. Well kept, out door Patio by the clue house was as always clean, the gym & the pool was Great. Parking was ok. I just wish they had a children play area cause we love the outdoor. We would had loved to stay another year or so but unfortunately the rent $$$$$ was going up. It would had been nice if they offer us a discount cause we hate moving so much,lol. We never had any issues always paid our rent on time. So for now we at The Audrey for a little bit, Nice place but it not 3 Sixty flats. I highly recommend this place, Great PlaceTo Live & call home for a little bit. Thank you so Much Guys at 3 Sixty Flats.

From what I see, maintenance responds quickly and people in the office are really friendly. We went in a few days ago to ask about a 2 bedroom apartment and Jane talked us through the transfer process and answered our millions of questions and took her time to help us understand even though I could tell they were very busy.” Jane was a Rockstar for her performance.
