DO NOT MOVE HERE, I’ve been here for years. And each time the managers and the maintenance workers, gets worse and worse! They mark work orders, complete without doing anything. Been waiting 3 weeks, for these workers to come and look at my stove. I see them driving that golf cart around, or sitting in the cart on their mobile phones. The streets has bad potholes, we have to swerve around the potholes. They don’t answer their office phones, the new lady in the front has an nonchalant attitude, don’t dress as if she’s a business lady. This whole place, is so unprofessional! Please, replace these people.

Stove not fixed correctly, sparked and almost caught fire after being “fixed. Also they “fixed” my oven door with METAL closet door knobs which get as hot as the inside of my oven when it’s on considering the fact that metal is a conductor or heat.
