Anyone with a military ID card that has MWR listed in the privileges. Because I am 100% Service-connected disabled, I have an ID card, sponsored by the VA, with MWR privileges and I've often stayed at the lodge and campground.
As per the Navy Getaways Reservation Site. Eligible patrons include Active Duty, Military Retirees, Reservist, NAF and DoD civilians, and sponsored guests. *All guests must provide required identification to stay at Navy Getaways (Military ID or CAC).
