Only for active duty and retired military and Department of Defense Civilians. 100% disabled Veterans also. Soldiers and Sailors cannot afford to golf at Pebble Beach and other recreational facilities may not be locally available so military bases have their own recreational facilities. They cost the taxpayers nothing because they are funded with user fees and profits from the stores on base, the BX or PX. They are not open to the public. If they were open to the public then Soldiers and Sailors wouldn't have as much access to them.
This is a perk for active, retired military. There is a possibility that Veterans may be allowed to utilize the facilities. Check with the "MWR" office.
You must have military ID to get onto the Navy Base.
It's a military base. You'll have to get permission to get in base. If you're a veteran, yes, then otherwise, I don't think civilians are allowed. But, check with the base Commander
