Is this a no kill? And I mean no kill as in at any cost they do not euthanize unless the animal is ill. Not for behavrioal issues.

Hi Lydia, we are a limited admit adoption guarantee facility. This means any animals in our care are free from the threat of euthanasia due to time, space or treatable medical conditions. The animals in our care remain with us until we find them a forever home, no matter how long in takes. We do not transfer our animals to MDAS - it is the reverse - we pull animals from MDAS when we have space available in the shelter. In fact, several of our long time shelter residents are past MDAS residents.

Miami Dade county is no kill. Humane Society in Dade works very hard to adopt out all of their animals. It's a no kill shelter. If you have questions about behavioral issues call them.

I always believed it to be a no kill, but you can email the director her name is Laurie, and ask her, she answers her emails.

Also mdas has told me humane society will offload excess animals to them (mdas) so be careful

It's not a no kill, they definitely euthanize.
