I've been on hold for 30 minutes and waiting to see Dr. Landers is even longer when there hardly in patients in the office it's very sad and discouraging

In my opinion this is not a well organized office 3/4 of your visit you're seen by a student ,when the doctor finally comes you can't even talk to her to express how you're feeling she just keeps talking to the student as if you're not in the room so unprofessional ,patient should be able to express what's going on with them directly to the doctor without feeling rush or intimidated or ignored.. The doctor has this blank weird look always looking upset , just unprofessional the way they docter deal with me as a patient is antisocial...As for the Front desk it's a circus plus drama, no one answers the phone ??.. and they're sitting right there Every time I have to get an appointment set I had to drive and go in to the actual office in which is ridiculous .. I never understand the details of what's going on with my health after my visit , I would not recommend doctor Kerry lander's office to no one It is sad to say but it is what it is unprofessional and organized And not patient sensitive

It's a scam, you're not going to see a neurologist. The office has bunch of doctors in training, and you can't have anyone in the office to pick up the phone, or to call you back. CHOOSE A REAL DOCTOR.

I’m Frank Hernandez and truly cannot believe how awful this doctor treated me. She made a major mistake on my chart and now her office will not refill one of my seizure medications depakote, claiming I was already taken off of it. I told them calmly I need this medicine or I may have a seizure, that stopping it from one day to another is life threatening. They told me “sorry, we can’t help you please go to an emergency room.” I was a new patient for seizures at the office of Dr. Carrie Landess and had my initial visit with a student doctor, not Carrie Landess herself. The student practiced with me and did a series of tests on me. I thought he was professional and was confident that I was receiving decent medical care. Dr. Landess came in at the end of my visit with the blank stare many describe in reviews, and changed several things on my chart the student wrote down, increasing my keppra dosage from 500mg to 1000mg and telling me she was keeping depakote at 750mg for the time being. I figure she messed up and deleted depakote or something because now the office refuses to give me refills of depakote. They say I was taken off of it previously, but I am still taking it daily. Seizure medications need to be weaned off and stopping suddenly can cause death. This is a major mistake but they said there’s nothing they can do. I decided to cancel all future appointments and find a new neurologist. If they cannot get a simple refill right, how can I expect them to actually help stop my seizures.

They are always having issues with their phone so if you can it's best you go in or send an email. Sorry I cannot provide the email.
I've left messages and no one called me back. I had to physically go there.
By praying that somebody besides afterhours will answer your call
