No social distancing, the doctors and medical staff wears their masks properly but the front desk personnel wears the mask under the nose ,they dont sanitize the pen that it’s offered to patients to sing documents ,they don’t make sure the patients in the waiting area are wearing the mask properly and a lot of them where coughing and sick .I went to ask why I have being waiting 50 min for an x rays and the girl didn’t look at me and said that she had to much work and that she couldn’t do anything about and that if I didn’t wanna wait that I should leave ,and that it was not her problem that I had to be at work later ,I asked her once again to at least look at me when talking and she look with her eyes wide open in a very intense crazy way , I think she was trying to scared me , the doctors are good ,the waiting it’s to long and the front desk staff it’s not professional ,I felt disrespected and mistreated.

These people so unprofessional I literally call like 4 time the person who work in the front desk keep saying “give me one sec” and hang up how unprofessional smh. BAD Customer service...
