This place is a joke ! The only person who know what they are doing and k ow how to speak with people is the receptionist. Everyone one else walking around not doing nothing, just receiving a free paycheck. Everyone who works for the unemployment department has no clue how to assist or speak to people. Only 2 people waiting and I waited an hr and did not get anything done at this place. It's a disgrace to the tax payers who fund place like this.

This place is just a building. No one is really in there doing a thing. They don't answer the phone, voice-mail is always full and they don't respond to emails. Its a waste of time and government funding.

I was referred there by a friend. I walked in and was greeted by the receptionist after she finished her conversation with another staff member. Was given instruction to sign, then use another to register to see a counselor. I finished and had to wait until they returned from lunch. Two counselors came in from lunch and had no intentions of helping anyone. Mind you, when I got there, I was the only one seeking service. Shortly after four other people came in. So the place was not busy at all. The two ladies and a third gentleman seemed so confused on how to interact with the people waiting. I just shook my head. Those 3 looked like they had no idea of what to do. The lady who finally ended up helping me, gave me minimal information on what to do. To me it was a wasted time and effort going down there.
