The roof is a typical restaurant that serves great food that happens to be on the slightly expensive side. Someone said the restaurant is "LDS (Mormon) themed which is not true. The only thing "Mormon" about The Roof is that it does not serve alcohol which considering the location is perfectly appropriate. If you prefer less expensive fare simply walk over to the Garden Restaurant which happens to be on the same floor but has a better view of Salt Lake city.
The roof doesn't serve any alcoholic beverages. As far as I'm aware, they don't allow patrons to bring their own bottles of wine either.
No alcohol is served here
The Roof is an LDS (Mormon) centered restaurant. However, anyone is more than welcome to dine but no alcohol is allowed within the restaurant. The resturant does however offer a selection of delicious non-alcoholic drinks that I would definitely recommend.
The Roof is a non-alchoholic restaurant but provides some amazing non-alchoholic drinks. Other than that, the food is exquisite! I would reccomend coming before sunset as the red sun beams through the temple spires and provides a brilliant spectacle.
No alcohol but they do specialty non-alcoholic drinks
